What is a mystery school?

What is a guided journey?

“Woo-woo” is a term used by patriarchy to exclude these practices from our society. In fact what we do in this mystery school are ancient practices. We work at the intersection of soma (body) and soul (spirit). Yes, we use ritual, ceremony, and guided journeys AND we are deeply grounded in nervous system science, somatic psychology, and honoring each personal human body. If you are someone who “feels everything” and whose system won’t let you pretend anymore, you’re our people regardless of your spiritual background. You don’t have to believe in anything for this work to land in your body and soul.

By calling it a mystery school we are acknowledging that we live in patriarchy as a collective. Other spiritual lineages that emphasized god being within were systemically erased. They were pushed into the margins of our consciousness and psyche and essentially forgotten. As a collective we ahve chosen to spend alot of time in spiritual oppression. When we call this a mysery school we are stating that there were ancient teachings that shared this ancient wisdom but it has been forgotten and become a mystery to us. It’s not a cult, political or anything more than these truths were pushed out. As they make their re-emergence they come as the form of mysteries when they really are eternal truths. A myster school is really a SOVEREIGNTY school, supporting the human/form challenges as you integrate your higher self. What makes this different from:

life coaching and/or therapy

What is the time commitment?

In this space we are not teaching a linear progression with a clear set goal. The work done here is individual and specific to each women who goes through the mystery school. In this container we ensure a safe place where our nervous systems can settle and we can achieve real change and growth.

Coaching helps to set goals and design the life you want. Death work asks you to surrender control and trust what wants to emerge.

Therapy helps you understand patterns and process trauma. This is death work where we are helping you navigate completion/release and rebirth. Many of our participants are in therapy AND doing this work. They complement each other beautifully.

How can I contact you?

There are 12 live calls ranging from 60-90 minutes, 6 pre-recorded lessons to be watched on your own time. Outside of that this school does ask you to ensure you have appropriate rest and relaxation time. Listening to your soul takes time and practice to learn and we need to be able to carve out that space in this busy life we all live in.
